...a web presence since 1999, we post monthly articles about antiques and vintage decorative arts on oldquimper.com, meadowscollection.com, and france-shop-n-tour.com.

That will continue.

With on a vintage path... we hope to be more colloquial and more immediate. It's about our search for the unique...for those unusual curiosities, pieces of vintage folk art and decorative objects that we have come to call "old déco".

Some of them started out being utilitarian...but after many years of doing their thing, they have evolved into a decorative object of interest. An old medical or scientific instrument, for example, or the tools of the trade that were used in wine-making.

Objects that were responsible for that marvelous glass of Burgundy that you had on that special evening or remnants from a carnival that may have toured your hometown some sixty or so years ago.

Things that make you smile and, especially, things that happen to be...just as unique as you are.
